Le Chai, which was completely renovated in 2012, is located on the edge of Gragnos Hill. This proximity provides it with natural coolness, ideal for high-quality winemaking.

There are about twenty stainless steel and concrete tanks that can hold more than 1,800 hectoliters of wine.

Since the estate was taken over in 2021, new features have also been added to the Gragnos winery. It now boasts a magnificent barrel cellar, as well as “Beaune eggs”—ovoid-shaped tanks that promote constant movement of the lees.
